RCVM Working Committee Meeting Report & Agenda

  1. Fundraising Update:
    1. Hutchinson Clinic: $3,000 Army Flag Sponsorship
    2. Current Cash: $112,296.41
  2. Memorial Construction update
    1. Awaiting Bids from Contractors
    2. Next Phase: Flat work and Pillar construction
    3. Targeting construction to begin in May finished by July 4th.
  3. Website Update
    1. Revising current website: Erwin & Angela
    2. Current List entered has 10,278 names (Update: As of 4/28/16 – all names provided so far with the exception of the originally lost submissions have been entered and consolidated for a total of 12,54 names)

      3. Estimated finished total 14,000 (see above)
    3. Due date will be set for name collection as next phase nears completion
